48 hours’ notice must be given for appointment cancellation, failure to do so will forfeit your treatment session and the loss of that appointment’s pre-paid package session price.
Refunds will be provided where the Australian Consumer Law dictates.
You are not allowed to transfer treatments/services specials to other Hairfree + Beauty Centres.
All pre-paid packages save the amount as stated, we do not give refunds on pre-paid packages and they are not transferrable to another person or Hairfree + Beauty clinic.
The pre-paid package area purchased is not transferrable to another body area.
When you purchase a pre-paid package you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out.
